BPI continuing education credits available at IL Geothermal Conference

Join with your peers in the Geothermal Industry in Collinsville next week for the Illinois Geothermal Conference, March 11-13 at the Gateway Center. Online registration is available at gaoi.org through the weekend. 17 hours of BPI continuing education credits are available through training sessions that will be held during the conference.

Conference participants can underwrite their registration costs again this year… just complete the Workforce Development paperwork that is part of the online registration at gaoi.org, and have your $125 conference registration refunded.

A great lineup of trainers awaits you at this year’s conference. Things start Monday afternoon with a pre-conference seminar for utility professionals. There is a separate registration for this meeting — it is also located on the web site. Speakers include: Paul Bony of ClimateMaster; Brian Kumer of BuildRIGHT Illinois; and Sam Flannery of Building Science Academy.

Engineers will receive continuing education certificates at the conference sessions. The Building Performance Institute, or BPI, has approved 18 of the sessions for BPI continuing education credits.

GAOI accreditation testing will be conducted at the conclusion of the conference.
