Certified Geothermal Designer class in Peoria, June 3-5, 2014.

The Geothermal Alliance of IL will sponsor an IGSHPA Certified Geothermal Designer course June 3-5, 2014, in Peoria. Ed Lohrenz, B.E.S. and CGD, of GEOptimize, Inc., in Winnipeg, Manitoba, is the instructor. Ed has been a regular trainer at the annual IL Geothermal Conference and is a highly-regarded CGD trainer.

The course will be held in the training facility of Connor Co. (Comfort Supply) in Peoria. The address is 2800 N. East Adams, Peoria 61603.

A course description/outline and complete information and on-line registration can be found at gaoi.org. An early registration discount is available through May 17. Until then, registration is $1,995 for GAOI members and $2,095 for non-members. GAOI member organizations also get a $200 discount for more than one registration per company.

A block of overnight rooms for the Peoria training is available now at the Stoney Creek Inn in East Peoria, 101 Mariners Way. Call 309-694-1300 for reservations and ask for the GAOI rate. Rooms at this rate are available through May 20.
