This is the last week to get registered for the HOTTEST training and BEST conference in the geothermal industry. The Illinois Geothermal Conference will be held next week in Peoria and the Peoria Civic Center will be the place to be on February 28-29, 2012.
Conference attendees should apply for a refund of $125 per person towards their registration. This refund is available from the Peoria Workforce Development. You’ll find all the information, including a PDF link with the application, on the conference registration page at gaoi.org. We recommend that you get pre-approved for the refund by submitting the completed form to workforce development.
Want to grow your geothermal business? Communicate GREATNESS in our industry by becoming a GAOI accredited firm. How? Just send your geo installers and service technicians to the conference, and then have them take the accreditation exams at the conclusion of the conference. They’ll get FIRST-RATE training and prepare for the exam, which they can take next Wednesday afternoon when the training sessions wrap up.
Geothermal dealer-contractors need to have 75 percent of their staff involved actively in the installation and servicing of geo systems pass the exam in order to be recognized. EVERY dealer achieving this level will be recognized as a GAOI accredited dealer of excellence at gaoi.org. The recognition will be on the list of GAOI members and the dealer locator.
Accredited dealers should also use this recognition in their marketing and promotion of their business … and on websites, advertising, trade shows and marketing materials.
GAOI dealer-contractors achieving this standard will be recognized at the 2012 conference.
For more information about the accreditation, go to gaoi.org or contact GAOI Executive Director John Freitag – or any GAOI board members.
There has never been a better time to get QUALITY TRAINING for geo personnel than this year – especially considering the rebate of $125 towards your conference registration. Register NOW! See you next week at the hottest show in the geothermal industry.
