2023 Sponsor Registration for IL Geothermal Conference

Thank you for considering sponsoring GAOI’s 2023 Illinois Geothermal Conference.

There are Platinum, Gold and Bronze level sponsorships available. Platinum sponsors get 25% off booth registration prices. Gold sponsors get 15% off booth rates. After registering for the sponsorship, check for a confirmation email with a promo code prior to registering for your booth space. When you enter the promo code, the system will calculate your discount.

Platinum and Gold sponsors will also receive their logo on our website as well as our printed materials. Please email your logo to kridley@gaoi.org.

There is an additional sponsorship level at $500 for Lanyard advertising (plus the cost of production). If you would like us to order the materials, we can do that, or if you would like to order them that is fine as well.

** If you choose to sponsor the conference – YOU WILL STILL NEED TO REGISTER FOR ANY BOOTHS AND ALL ATTENDEES (attendee registration is also open now).  This registration is for Sponsorship only.  **

The conference is March 14-15, 2023. Pre-conference training begins on Monday, March 13.
