Using Loop Link RLC to Design Geothermal Systems with Multiple Units and One Loop Field

It also gives you the ability to design multiple loop fields for the same job to see which one would be the most economically feasible. Another feature of this program allows you to use the formation calculator for vertical boreholes that have different geological makeup layers and groundwater conditions within that same bore.  It will also compare the cost of system operation with gas, electric and propane systems.

Jim Cusack was the Enertech territory manager for MN, WI and northern IA, he is now Enertech’s special projects manager. Jim is also an IGSHPA trainer throughout North America for Enertech. He is on CSA 448 standards committee and a former board member of MNGHPA. He has been involved in every phase of geothermal installation: from design, to service, installation, and sales. He has been in the construction industry for his entire career and was a geothermal and hydronics contractor for over 16 years before joining Enertech.
