The Geothermal Alliance of Illinois and the Assn. of Illinois Electric Co-ops are teaming up to sponsor Building Performance Institute training in the coming weeks. GAOI member and BPI guru Brian Kumer of Thermal Imaging Services will teach the BPI training, which will be held in Bloomington on September 24-26 and October 8-10. Participants will be eligible to take the BPI Building Analyst and Building Envelope exams following the training.
The GAOI and AIEC have combined incentives totalling $1,300 towards this round of BPI training. An earlier round of training was held this summer. For more information on the BPI training, contact GAOI Executive Director John Freitag at jfreitag@aiec.coop.
